Terrible!

I took my aunt to Life Bedfordview casualty as she was not feeling well. Turned out she had an blockage in her kidneys. After three days in ICU she was begging me to take her home as she was getting no sleep, food was terrible and the nurses didn’t care. They insisted on keeping her there as they had found some issues with her heart, eventually they moved her to a normal ward where she was going to be discharged. She then has a stroke and was admitted back into ICU where she picked up sepsis and pneumonia. Although she was 92 years old, she was a healthy and feisty individuals admitted for a kidney infection. She proceeded to get sicker and sicker while in the care of these so called medical professionals. She passed away last Friday and we still have not had a call from the hospital to say they were sorry! I have had more empathy from my vet when my dog died!!!!! Most of their ICU nurses are outsourced and they really do t give a hoot about the patient and the trauma the family goes through.

I rue the day I took my aunt to this hospital and will never, ever recommend any Life facility to anybody.
