Telephones down entire hospital, whole day, can't get intouch with our loved ones

I write this review with a heavy heart, left my mom at Life St Dominics casualty in East London around 12 their phone lines have been down ever since, no one has made contact, i don't know where she has be admitted to, i don't knw her condition, worst part i can't go there
