Tax return

I still can not submit my tax return, after life healthcare capturing incorrect codes on IRP 5... since may 2023 I am struggling. And head office is lacking following up with SARS after cancelation of directive number was canceled, when placed under major pressure from hello Peter. I I am over reminding life to follow up, this was there error, they should be following up in their own mess they caused. When will I ever be able to submit my return..MAVIS must stop coming up with more excuses that there is not more she can do. It's sars.. life messed up...fix it
