Tax return

I am u able to submit my tax teturn due to my directive no not been correct. I have continually emailing mpho at head office with no feedback. Rosepark Hospital keep blaming Alexander forbes for the mistake. Which Samantha from Alexander Forbes has proven through a reams meeting that the error is not on their side. Life health are need to correct their error. I'm one emailing and emailing and them not fixing their mistake That was caused from them combining my duel pension payout.
