Tax return ***1

Still struggling can not submit my tax return. I phoned SARS, case no ***, Leoesogo says life healthcare can not just cancel directive number without recapturing new number. Sars can not do anything with the mail Mavis thoabala has sent sars. I have mailed and phone Mavis still not received any response. I am struggling for months now to get this sorted. Life healthcare is still not fixing there error, which they have admitted to and that is making use of incorrect codes. For CCMA settlement... how long must I still wait for life healthcare to fix their error. They don't even follow up on sars at all.. I have to keep on phoning.
