Stuck in Elevator Bedford Gardens Hospital

Bedford Gardens Life Hospital My fiancé and I were stuck in an elevator at Bedford Gardens Hospital in front of the admissions department for 40 minutes. We pressed the emergency bell 5 times in the elevator and no-one attended to us, the admissions department couldn’t hear anything according to them. I called my brother in-law to come to the hospital to get their attention on the matter. I further called the hospital 4 times and I called the emergency department where I got my phone call put down on me, I eventually used my fiancés phone to call as I ran out of airtime, they eventually answered on the 5th call. It took the technician 12 minutes to come solve the issue, when we got out after 40 Minutes the security and the head of Admission didn’t ask if we okay they asked if we are here to see a doctor.
