Stress rather than healing

I was booked into Life Brackenhurst yesterday seeking help. This morning was traumatic instead of healing. They gave us an activity to perform without first assessing individually what activities might be suitable for each patient. The activity, frankly, made my stress levels soar. Also, the session started at least twenty minutes late, which, in this case, was a blessing for me. Then we had to hear by tye rumour mill that we are being moved to a different ward this is very disruptive for people who have come seeking help and stability. One of the patients told me that they do this regularly and it is frustrating. Right now, for me, and possibly for other patients, it is worse than frustrating - it is disruptive, cruel and traumatising. I might need to check myself out of this hospital because all that has happened on day one is that my stress levels have soared. Some healing.
