Dear Life Healthcare Executive

Please could you let me have your customer care executive's contact details since I am unable to resolve a two-month accounts query with Glynis Krebser re Life Riverfield.

I am being shunted between Bonitas and your institution and feel intimidated and completely at the mercy of your staff who sits on information that I do not have in order to settle an account.
