Stitches complaint

Catenhof Hospital ER did this to me !!!!😭😡😡😡

I’m very furious about the terrible service that l got from this hospital. I got stitches done on my leg by a doctor here went back for review and they removed the stitches which all looked well for that time up until they opened up and when l went to the hospital they refused to even have a look and diagnose what could have made them open as they demanded I should pay another 1020r hospital bill and other expenses will then be billed as it is a separate incident. No nurse could not even look at the wound to assess but really if the stitches were not ready to be removed they could have waited till they are totally dry, unless the Dr that put them did a bad job. Till today l wonder what type of service this is because they are the ones that initially did the stitches at the Emergency unit. Not to mention the terrible service at the reception l swear there is nothing urgent about that emergency unit if someone was dying they would just die at that waiting area 🤦♀️. The receptionists are so rude too and it’s not good at all for a an emergency unit, the service is just giving public hospital, you will pump out a lot of money just to get terrible service at this point public hospital services are even better. What’s the point of paying a lot of money for proper medical care if they can just turn u away with an open wound that could get infected even after they had removed the stitches themselves?

I have been sharing this review and picture on their site but they proceeded to remove it twice.
