Stinking attitude

i have never received such bad service in my life! I called to request for a Dr's note at 10:30 am and the lady I spoke to said they will check I should call back. When I called at 11:33 I spoke to a \lady"well I don't even think she deserves to be called a lady. I explained the nature of my query and her response was \""WHAT DO YOU NEED\"" in a very bad manner as she was fighting with me. Calmed as I was I told her I don't like the way she responded and she just refused to help me \""I can't help you"
