Still Waiting for the doctor

I came to life brenthurst clinic at 11am for a doctor's consultation,I waited for almost an hour to see the doc only to find out that I'm seeing the nurse first for interrogation and then wait another hour to see the doctor .Now I have been placed in an isolated room where I am still waiting...i even feel like I am forgotten.I did mention that I left work to come see the doc,and then go back .Nobody checks on you ,just you and the smell of medication everywhere .Very bad service for my first time visit.
