statement

i have been calling *** and 2 ladies Joy and Constance can't put me thru to accounts department to get a statement, i called 5 times and no one in accounts department pick up the phone, the 2 ladies don't even bother to atleast take a message and get someone to call me back even when i am telling them i am calling for the 5th time, what an annoying service
