*********** staff at Life Healthcare, leading to unnecessary drama and calls from collection agencies

People be warned! I was admitted at Life St Mary's for some months in 2024. My bill piled up in so much that my medical couldn't cover some costs. Fortunately, I had a top-up benefit from another insurer and I immediately filled in their forms and requested to lodge a claim. Everything was done 100% from the insurer's side and Life St Mary's is throwing me from pillar to post for the required documents from the pathologists. I spoke to Yvette Marhag, Sizeka Bashe and the hospital manager's PA as well as Sebastian Morin at the main credit dept, whi advised I go to the Dr's rooms...having driven +-300km, the Dr was amazed as to how would he keep the hospitals records in their rooms. It started to dawn to me as well that he can't have those. Now I receive calls left right and centre for their incompetence, all the people mentioned above are 100% ***********. I have just now called Sebastian and I know there's is nothing he will do either than dropping me an email which is not going to assist. Hellopeter please step in as this is now irritating me. Just pathology reports confirming I was admitted for the illness that I wrote on the insurer's forms, PLEASE.
