ST DOMS BAD SERVICE

poor medical treatment at st. doms hospital in east london with this covid restrictions is it frustrating not to get information about the treatment the patient receiving we are unable to get to the reason for this negligence from the personel at the hospital after the patient B. Van Loggenberg in st. Doms hospital st. Vincent ward room 8 A after she fell from the comote there was no one assisting her she is a high risk patient also did the sister blame the patient that it is her own fault and after complaining to the Sr, matthew the head in charge who agree with the nurse. As a high risk patient there should be a nurse or sister with her whenever she get out of bed to use the camote which did not happen the hospital's neglect can have further damage to the knee that is been nearly 2 weeks there was no XRays taken to confirm any other damage. WHY IS THERE SUCH BAD SERVICE IN A TIME LIKE THIS can they not understand the anguish the family is going through
