Springs Parkland hospital- incredible service

My whole hospital experience was wonderful. The staff and doctors in casualty were attentive and immediately put me on an iv line and had blood tests done. Also sorted everything out with my medical aid for auth. The staff in theatre were also great- reassuring me before my g-scope procedure and making jokes to keep me calm. The best team however was the nursing staff in the surgical ward. Both day and night shifts were so friendly and helpful, they came immediately when I pressed the button to call them and chat to me and explain everything thats happening. Weldone to all the staff- excellent customer service
