Speacilist Dr cannot fix he's mistake

on the 16th Feb my son was born in Life care Dalview with not having a medical aid we saved up for this birth , which should of been the most joyful day of any new parents life, was complete oppersit , in during the labour the Dr realized that the baby is too big for natural birth, in the progress he broke the babies right upper arm to get him out the baby landed up in icu for the trauma of the birth and now they demand 10 900 from me ,the mom had 3rd degree tearing and with this she had suffered a Virginal fistula tear, he did not stitch her properly. she was discharged on the 17th , when at home she realized that her stool was coming out of the wrong hole , we contacted him immediately which he was speechless , he said that we most come and see him on Monday the 23rd , he than said she must coming in for a emergency operation which he will do for free, but we must pay the hosp. R13 000, which we did as this could be deadly for the mother, on the 24th the mom did go in for the operation , he said it all went well, well on the 25th we realized that the stool was still coming out of the wrong hole which we went back to him on the 27th , and ref us I want him to take responsiblity
