Someone needs to take responsibility

I have no idea who to hold responsible for this - but someone needs to take responsibility. We took my son to Fourways Life Casualty department as he was suffering from severe headaches, vomiting and nausea. First visit - he gets diagnosed with Tick bite fever, no tests done just a hunch. After a few days of no improvement, we took him back to Fourways Life and we were seen by another Dr on call. This Doctor advised that there was no way that my son had tick bite fever, and therefore made contact with Dr Ahmed at the hospital. The appointment etc was set up between the casualty Dr and his rooms, and we were sent straight to his rooms as per the discussion that was had between the drs. We were admitted straight away by Dr Ahmed - however now we are receiving large unpaid bills from his rooms due to the fact that he is a NON DSP and is not covered in full by Discovery. We were told that we made the choice to use him as our doctor, although we were fully aware that he was a non dsp. Not once was this mentioned to us prior to Dr. Ahmed seeing him, nor at the time of admission. How are we to know if no one tells us. We used Fourways Life as they are part of the hospitals approved on our plan - and they would have seen what plan we were on and that or bills would not have been covered... we were just told it will be covered out of the in hospital benefit. And then to add insult to injur, Dr Ahmed used a ENT in hospital, that is also not a DSP!
