Slow (NO) service at Life Healthcare hospital

Terrible experience at the emergency unit, as I am sitting here at 4am in the morning

Came in with my husband at 3am, 12/2/2021 with kidney stones. Staff is very unhelpful, he fell down on the floor, nobody helped him.

I asked to be assisted quickly as my kids were waiting in the car... that did not happen!

My husband came in at 3am at the emergency unit, only to be seen by a doctor at 4am!!!!

What type of emergency unit is this??? Rediculous!!! Terrible, terrible service!!!
