Sick and Tired

I have an outstanding amount with Eugene Marais Life. I have a monthly debit order going off every month, yet every month its threating calls, sms and now the latest letters. I have been sending email to Life Healthcare and no one can sort out this mess. I am so fed up with all this. I have never had such a bad experience with an account. My balance is decreasing every month but I guess they dont see it.
