Shoclking Admin service. I cannot recommend the Group. Great Treatment shocking admin

Struggling to get an account now for 2 weeks. The complaints department is awesome they take your query but it seems that from there nothing happens. I'm going to miss my GAP Med claim and I will hold them accountable as it's there delay that is causing that. All I wanted was an account statements of all treatments for the year. Calling the hospital doesn't help. Why does the hospital have admin staff if all is being handled by HO?
