Shocking Service

I got my tonsils out on the 31st of March.. On Friday I was in excruciating pain and noticed what looks like a clot. So I went to the emergency room (2AM). Firstly I had to wait for the doc which is understandable. When she came she said no ita normal it must have been a clot thats moved down. Ok cool I get an injection on my shoulder which bleeds and after 5 mins of nothing being done to clean it I had to ask the nurse for a wipe. I leave and go pay because my medical savings are maxed out. R643. As I exit the hospital i start bleeding heavily again. I go back in and the doc says dont worry just suck on ice. Now what frustrated me was how she adressed me the whole time as if she has zero time to assist. Im not a doctor so my research on the issue says if it bleeds see an emergency room immediately. She didnt explain anything except for saying \it happens\". My arm is still sore from the injection and its Monday now. Whats the point of a private hospital charging so much when I have to ask for a swab to clean my blood off and when I start bleeding again heavily AFTER seeing the doctor ?"
