Shocking at Emergency section

It's Sunday evening, I'm sitting in the Fourways Life emergency room for the last 2 hours, there's a child screaming in pain and another young lady crying obviously in pain. 3 other people have already left. Another lady emerges from the rooms, she says her daughter is lying in there waiting to be seen by a Dr. She has been here for 3 hours now. I have been here for almost 2 hours. There seems to be no sense of urgency in this department ! Patients that are crying in pain are being ignored by the nurses. Totally disgusting for a private hospital. Seems like this is a Sunday norm after reading other comments on their facebook pages. Shocking.
