Shocked and disappointed for a private hospital

I have just been to Life Hilton Hospital. I was discharged today. I am so disappointed. The casualty staff was excellent. I wish that medical ward was up to that standard. Firstly the the staff are there, but only in body. You have to ring the bell over and over and then you still wait. No enthusiasm no interest whatsoever. The lady next to me has stage 4 back cancer. She was not bathed and used wet wipes to clean herself. I always thought being in that profession was a calling but I am afraid something has gone horribly wrong.
