**** **** service!

Ok,so my baby needed to be hospitalized on a Monday night,I needed to pay cash for this, I had no issue with that. Even when the guy came looking for me with a bill to pay on day 1,I thought that was rude but looked past that. 1 month ago I submitted the documents required for a refund so requested of me, I was told maximum 7-10 working days, I only started making enquiries on day 9, I was ignored after several emails. I was never informed if my stuff was received and eventually after 2.5 weeks I get a reply saying it's in authorisation and it will be paid next week... that was supposedly last week. And still the person I dealt with doesnt bother contacting me. Why has it taken a whole month for this refund? When you people want money it must happen now!!!!!!! Maybe I must come sit on your doorstep until you ****** well pull your fingers out your backsides and actually function. Its not a R200 refund, its R12 900 refund. I'm being harassed by the blood lab for their payment because you guys are a jerk about keeping to your agreement and stated facts!!!!!
