Service at Eugene Marais Hospital

Life Eugene Marais Hospital is the worst service ever that I have received in 3 times that my mother was admitted at that hospital. The staff is useless and so in help full. The last time that she was admitted she has been admitted since 6h00 in the morning and only went to theatre at 15h00 and after 2 hours requesting the staff to find out if she is out of theatre or just give a person some feedback, their answer to me was that she is in recovery and it is normal for a person to be out of the ward for 2 hours plus as I went to recovery ward in theater just to be told she has been sent to the ward. As I went back to the ward mom was still not in the ward and all of a sudden they don't know where she is then. I asked them to make sure that they did not send her to ward 4 instead of ward 3, I requested the Sister to phone ward 4, as she was holding on to hear from the sister in ward 4 almost 5min as the ward is like a door walk thru instead of her s rather keeping me waiting for 5 min on the phone with ward 4 she really could have stepped out of ward 3 just over the passage to ward 4 but no it's too much effort for them to go the extra mile to find out where the pasiënt was. I had to keep my pose at that stage but once she said to me she is still awaiting an answer from ward 4 to confirm if they have sent my Mon there I already lost it and said to her she must just leave it I will wait for my mom as I am going to take this type of service to management. Then when I arrived at the room ward 3 guess what, a new black lady was sitting on the bed just opposite my mother's bed and she got served supper before the other pasiënt that was admitted already at 6am that morning and staving after she came out of theater at 2 pm already. I mean really how on earth do you understand this staff? This is just not on. How can you serve food to someone that just arrived at the ward and let the others wait for the food that was there before her. I just don't understand this hospitals service to their pasients. Everything is just to much effort for all the hospitals it is just black people but they can't do the job, they are so ***********, they just don't care and we as members of a medical aid must just pay their salaries to get this type of service.
