Second class citizen visitor at Parkland Hospital

I have never in my life been treated like a second class citizen like I did today just to find out if I am in the correct ward and that my mom was there as it is a big hospital to walk through The doctor whom I possed a question to, whom I did not know was a doctor at the time treated me like the cat had dragged me in. Lady doctor I am so sorry that I ruined your life with my question. If I could I would have loved for my mom to rather be in Roseacres as the staff there listen.
