Screening and Testing for Corona Virus

My sister had the worst experience at Springs Parkland Hospital, she was showing symtoms pertaining to the corona virus so as a precautionary measure went to the hospital to be screened as our dad is in remission from Pancreatic Cancer and my niece has asthma. When advising the nurse and doctor of this that were on duty last night they not only laughed at her but said that it is my dad that needs to be tested and not her, also said that she is paranoid. They also advised there is a five day delay on testing. The service from the nurse and doctor on duty was totally unacceptable as we were trying to exclude the possibility of her having the corona virus. Fortunately my sister is feeling better but the lack of professionalism is deeply unsettling. I want the Management of Springs Parkland Hospital to be made aware of this so that anyone that goes there in the future will not be treated the way my sister was.
