Sars documents

I have been struggling to get hold of HR of Lifehealthcare head office for them to email me tax directive and IRP-5 Certificate 2007 which reflect R10400 provident fund received but not submitted to SARS. I have been holding a phone to be transferred to HR for many minutes and I have not received any help. I worked for Waverley Care Centre which is a facility of Lifehealthcare and terminated employment. Please email me these documents as required by SARS ASAP
