Rude, unhelpful and insensitive

We rushed my sister to the rose acres hospital who was in terrible agony two weeks at 6am. No one assisted us when we got there the paramedics just watched us. They just put her in a random bed and left her. She was crying and screaming in pain in the bed and no one was helping her. When I got there her husband asked who was helping her and the doctor on shift was rude and said that they have other patients waiting. No one was helpful and sympathetic and in fact one of the nurses was just changing the bed linen while my sister was crying and when I told them to help her I was spoken to my some rude blonde nurse who just told me to leave. What u must understand is that we are panicking and worried and no one was sympathetic to us, no one tried to assist at all. what the hell is a nurse there for. I am disgusted at the service of the apathetic nurse. Apparently u have to be bleeding externally to get emergency assistance. I want this dealt with immediately or I will be taking this further. the date this happened was 16th November 2015. <br>
