Rude staff member of Dr C Lawrence

My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Lawrence. He was excellent and treated her very well and I would recommend him to anybody. Sadly, I cannot say the same for the woman that works for him, Dawn. There was a shortfall on the account which the medical aid did not cover. On receiving the account I immediately contacted Dawn as I cannot make the full payment but do not want to renege on my responsibilities. I have copied and pasted the correspondence: My email read: Good day I am in receipt of the attached account thank you. I am unable to pay this in one lumpsum and would like to know if it is at all possible to make a payment arrangement of R300 per month, please. Thanking you in advance. Her reply: Hello, Dr Lawrence has a 3 moths pay off, allowance as we are a cash practice otherwise it gets hugh interest added and he is not a finance company. Thanks Dawn..... (excuse the spelling, it os exactly as she sent it to me.) While I understand this concept, Dawn should learn how to treat people with respect and how to respond appropriately, not in such a rude, obnoxious manner.
