Rude staff

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when contacting your hospital. I called the number listed on Google, and the person who answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made it very difficult to ask a simple question, and I felt completely dismissed.

After that, I contacted the pharmacy hoping for better assistance, but unfortunately the staff member I spoke to was also rude and unhelpful. The tone and manner in which I was spoken to were unnecessary and unacceptable, especially coming from a healthcare facility where professionalism and courtesy should be a priority.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience and hope that this matter will be addressed so that future patients and callers are treated with the respect they deserve
