Rude receptionist

Today I called life wilgeheuwel hospital to enquire about the mammogram test. I founderstand the number for the reception on the website . I did not dial emergency as I know the difference between reception and emergency number. Then I got the receptionist by the name of Charne or which ever way she write her name. She tried to transfer me initially to the radiology department and the responsiblevel department line was busy . So I could pick up that she was upset with her tone. So she told me the line is busy I must call later. When I ask her what time are they closing at the radiology departent she told me she does not know. So I laugh and ask her if she's working for the hospital. I guess I was wrong to ask that question. The next minute she was shouting and barking all over my ears. She went as far as telling me she is in emergency department. So I told her to check her website because I did not dial the emergency department since I understand the two different departments. She continued to shout me. So I asked for her name and she refused and ask me why do I need her name. She then transfer me without providing me with her name. The line at the radiology was still busy and I asks for her name again and she refused. I hope I got her name correctly. I have never dealt with anyone unfriendly and with so much attitude. She made me feel as if I was begging and not paying for the service
