Rude night staff at Eugene Marais Hospital Emergency Unit.

Life Eugene Marais Hospital Emergency Unit has the rudest night staff I have ever encountered at a hospital or emergency room. While sitting in the waiting room waiting for my wife, I was told to go and wait outside. I can't wait in the waiting room. This is after the one sister told me I can wait in the waiting room. There were other people waiting as well. Some went out and some didn't. There is not a sign or notice displayed stating that non-patients must wait outside. The lady also didn't do it professionally. With a loud voice in front of everyone she confronted me. She didn't walk up to me first - from the counter she started talking loudly to me. She is clearly on a power trip. One lady waiting also told her that the day staff didn't mind people waiting in the waiting room, and the response she got was: "if the day staff allows that, it isn't my problem". I overheard this outside when the lady told her husband. How can a hospital appoint such rude and unprofessional people that need to deal with the general public? People working in hospitals must have compassion, sympathy and empathy. I can only assume that, that is the culture in the organization/hospital to treat people unprofessionally.
