ridiculous beyond

we went in to trauma as i had severe pains in my sides and abdomen, was made to stand outside the door at trauma to get a triage done, only to be told to go back to the waiting room, sat there for an hour before getting taken to trauma, there was another gentlemen, with chest cramps and was not seen to either, he was there from 8 pm and myself from 8:30pm. i was only seen to at 10pm then taken to trauma cubicle and made to sit for a further 30mins only to get a pain med through a drip, they had to wait another hour for the doc to see me, they took a urine sample which i still don't have results for. they only where done with me after 12:30, is this what u call a private hospital????? i still have pains in my sides, should i go back and sit there?
