Renal unit is a joke

The renal unit at Life Casternhof has reached the what a can describe the worst service over my 8 years being a patient.

The rules on where we should park changes and we get this from security. Mind you there are side effects after dialysis unique to every patient.

the unit is always slow to connect patients especially Mondays and Fridays. You will wait over an hour to be connected. This happens at 16:55 and you therefore don't have enough time for an effective session as they close at 21:00. Mind you i get here on time and get my time cut short.

The food has no variety and often tasteless. We do not get consulted on what we want to eat but instead a dietician decides for us and we need to take what is provide.

I have lived with end stage renal failure for over 8 years and i know the dos and donts. We are treated like children who cant decide on their food.

The only reason i still come here is because it is the closest to my house , the service here though is a solid 1
