REFUSED TO HELP A 6 MONTH OLD BABY

On the 7th of February 2015 My six month old baby mistakenly fell from the bed . I rushed her to Life Fourways Hospital where I received the most disgusting service . <br> On arrival to the Truma / Emergency Unit, the only Nurse at hand was busy having her conversations with another patient about personal matters with lots of laughing. I stood there for a while then decided to let them know I have an emergency. The nurse asked me to fill in my details on a form, once this was does asked me to have a seat. I rep****, it is an emergency. <br> <br> The most amazing part started when I worked in and confronted Dr Nakgatho , I mentioned to him in an upset voice about how I was handled at the reception and that was not rite. He replies by saying don't scream at me and he can also get angry in a nasty way, I then rep**** I am not screaming at you I need your help and my baby is injured . He then turns around and says that I am not going to help you while my wife was holding my six month old baby .It amazes me to know that a Doctor after all could not feel what a parent was going through. He could have easily handled the situation in a way that was more professional manor. He never did see to us.
