Refusal to refund a large amount of money

Waiting for a refund to the value of R24000.00 for 5 months - Disgusting!!!!

This was for a family member that did not survive the entire stay. So we are for the last 5 months unable to move forward with our mourning because of this lack of service.

Appalling!!!
