refund required for casualty visit

on the 02/12/14 at roughly 02:00am, we rushed our 7 month old to casualty, he was turning blue due to lack of breath and pain, the Dr who saw us advised that we shouldnt have brought him in at 2 in the morning as babies turn blue due to crying, we payed R760.00 for this 5 minutes consult, this then happened again at 5 in the morning and then at 9 that morning, we took him to the GP who then immediately refered us to the pead at Krugersdorp, we then had blood tests done only to discover he had a bacterial infection, this complaint was emailed to Jacques De Klerk and Karena Goldman on the 08/12/14, i got a response from Karena, then it was forwarded to Dr Sandy Darling on the 09/12/14 for further investigation (i forwarded GP and Pead details to her), i have gotten no feedback.<br> as a first time parent i am horrified with the service, the lack of service from the Dr on duty cost me a further R1699.66 exclu the R760.00 for casualty. <br> was an investigation in fact done or was i just told that to keep me quite?<br> how many other parents were told nothing was wrong with there kids/babies?
