Refund outstanding for over 2 and a half months

I've been trying to get a refund from Flora Life Hospital for over 2 and half months now for a visit on Xmas 2024. After been giving the run around about all the forms which I had to completed and submitting it with all the proof that I paid cash and the medical also paid for the same account and wanted a refund they now just ignoring me even after speaking to the person at which was handing the claim and promosed that she will get it resolved still nothing. Flora your accounts section is beyond pathetic and getting any feedback is virtually impossible.
