Refund not processed
Its now more than 14 days with no refund received from Carstenhof life hospital. I had to pay extremely fast on demand while I was sick but if i ask for a refund you dont care as much. You do not have a good customer service. Your after service is pathetic. Please can you sort this issue out and refund me my money because I have other debts to pay.

I tired of sending tons of emails to your credit Control without getting a response. Lethabo Mokgomola told me I was going to be refunded yesterday on the 05/11/2020 and I still haven't anything in my account. When I send her emails she doesn't even bother to respond. I want my money and tell me what steps are you taking in this issue.
