Refund not Paid

I was admitted at life Roseacres clinic for a laparoscopic procedures upon arrival I was told I had a co payment I paid R1940 even though I knew my medical aid paid for everything, 1 week later they reached out and said I have to be refunded and I asked how long it takes after submitting the documents they said 7 to 10 days it's 2 weeks and no refund I phoned today they told me the hospital is holding on to the refund it will take another 7 days so it total 21 days, this is bullish
