Refund for Genesis clinic visit

<p>My fiance gave birth at the Genesis clinic that is under Life Healthcare on the 14th of July 2016.</p> <p>We had to pay the full amount of R29800 before she could be admitted, and we did.</p> <p>we were informed that after the baby is born, we'd get back whatever amount was left, give that she delivers normally(not via c-section), and she delivered normally. </p> <p>upon leaving the clinic, we asked for the invoice for her stay, and they informed us that it will be sent to us via email.</p> <p>we got the invoice on the 20th of July, and we saw that we have over R15000 left which we could get a refund for, and we app**** on the same day for a refund. </p> <p>it has been almost a month now and everytime we call Life Healthcare to find out what is the hold up with the refund we are promised a call back but no one has called us back</p>
