refund
on the 4th August I went into casualty at the fourways hospital. They made me pay cash saying the medical aid didnt cover it which I dont understand why. The medical aid paid this amount on the 14th august and I called the accounts department on tuesday who said i should call today to ask for refund. I dont understand why she didnt process the refund while i was on the call as i dont have airtime to call them everytime. I WANT MY MONEY immediately
