Refund

I was requested to pay R6 250 on admission of a child at St Dominics East London. The Medical Aid paid full amount of the procedure including the R6 250 that I paid on admission. I submitted a refund form on the 16th of February. On the form it was indicated that it take 7 to 10 working days to process the claim. To date I have not received the claim. It's been 19 working days today with no feed back from them. I sent several email to get clarity on what causing the delay with no success.
