Refund

I was admitted at Westville Hospital in May and they made me pay a co-payment when my medical aid advice them they should refund me now they giving me different stories,and they call center agent are so rude and they can not treat customers at all,I have sent emails no feedback use my airtime and gets rude agent which will tell you different stories at all times,even now they refuse to pay me say I must wait again.now I understand why some customers leave they medical aid because of people that treat customers very rude.mxm
