refund

I paid R24000 to have my baby delivered at mt edgecombe. I stayed 2 days and the R24000 covered a 3day stay. I was not at any given time told that its a package or I would have stayed the full 3days. <br> <br> I was surprised that on my discharge no refund for the 3rd day was given to me. <br> <br> Mr Palad called me when I queried this but have not gotten back to me with documentation to show I have signed that R24000 was a 3day package<br> <br> Please can that be emailed to me. If there is no such records, then I should be given my money back for the 3rd day<br> <br> Thank you <br> Samantha Ranjit
