Real bad intelligence of the hospital

Midmed great service received with my wife child birth. Few bad things that really made me angry is the nursing staff which just want to give formula and my wife can breastfeed. Nightshift was the worst! Then visiting for the father. I understand the rules and COVID. But seriously make it atleast 2 visits per day! The COVID virus seems to be very intelligent... it can only come in the morning! Afternoons it cannot? I am tested negative for Covid-19. So what is the problem?? Midmed please adjust your rules for the father to be able to visit thier wife and child more. At the end of the day we are paying our medical aid to pay you! Customer service??
