R200 Doctor's Admin Fee? - DR PRETORIUS EN HOGG

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN<br> <br> Can someone please inform me as to why I have to pay an Administration fee of R200 at ER in Glynwood which is apparently for the Doctor's account? The cashier at Glynwood wasn't able to give me an explanation other than \It's for Admin, you know\". I'm raising this complaint against Glynwood as this is the entity who charged me the fee.<br> <br> Administration fees are usually charged when costs like printing, posting or phone calls are incurred. Are any of these applicable to the Doctor(s) in question here?
