<div>I rushed my mother to Vincent Pallotti in Pinelands we arrived there at 1241and we were attended to at 1330 she completed all the necessary paperwork and then asked to sit outside and wait to be called for the Covid test. She was then allowed in at 1400 for the test while I waited outside an hour later a nurse came and advised that the test have been done and they were waiting for the results. An hour went by without feedback this was 1600 went inside to ask for information was told that they were still waiting for Dr.*****. Another hour later spoke to Miss ***** who was annoyed with me for asking for information regarding my mother. She advised that Dr. ****&nbsp; was busy with other patients so she could not come to me and explain why mother was being admitted for it is my choice to wait for the Doctor or leave. I can also call the ward where my mom is admitted in and ask. As a next of kin you are not that important no need for you to know the status of your family member and why they are being admitted but medical aid is.</div>
