Putting my childs life in danger

On 2017/08/28 my daughter was taken to Eugene Marais Hospital (Pretoria) to be examined as we thought that there might be a possibility that my daughter could have measles. They the took a blood test and send it away to have it examined and advised that they will contact us the following day when the results have come back. On 2017/08/29 we called just after 08:00 to here if the results were back yet. The lady advised that the results would be in by 10:00 and that we can call back at that time for the results. At approximately 10:15 we called again and asked for the results. The lady advised that she did not have time to see if the results came in, and that SHE will call back at 12:00 with the results. At 14:00 we were STILL waiting for the "call back" that was suppose to be at 12:00, at 16:15 we called again and I explained to them that this is ridiculously unprofessional as we have been waiting the whole day just to hear what the results are, the lady confirmed my daughters details and asked me to hold on the line, after a few minutes the lady advised that the system is very slow and asked if she can call me back. Obviously at this point I was NOT going to wait for them any further as I am a concerned parent and my daughter is only 13 Months old and we needed to know IF she has measles or not as this is not something to play with(even though THEY did not see this as a concern due to the lack of communication). So I stayed on the line, after a few more minutes the lady advised that the blood results showed that my daughter tested NEGATIVE for both measles viruses, but that they did pick up a virus called "Eyeonegalo" (Not sure about the spelling) and she explained that this virus is something babies pick up after they had flew etc. and that it is a virus that does not need any type/form of medication and that the body will work itself out.

Now I excepted this feedback and was just really relieved that it was NOT measles.

Now, yesterday 2017/08/29 it seemed that my daughter was just getting worse. She was taken to the hospital AGAIN and there they said that she DOES have measles... So now I am wondering about the feedback that was given to me over the phone ????? Did they give me false information just to get me off their backs ? If this is the case, they have put my daughters life in further danger as we know (AND THEY KNOW) that measles is not something you play with and have been the cause of multiple infant deaths.

so 2017/08/29 after receiving this information they advised that my daughter be taken back to the hospital today 2017/08/30 for antibiotics etc. but WHY could this not be given last night already ??? why take another day putting my child's life in further danger ??

If the measles fall back/get worse or my daughters life is in danger due to the FALSE information that was given by Eugene Marais Hospital. I will proceed to open a case and sue EM Hospital.
